On May 13, 2025, the day before the sixteenth edition of the Barolo & Friends Event in Copenhagen, “Drink&Bite” returns for its seventh edition, the year’s most anticipated wine&food event dedicated to Piedmont, in a completely renewed format.
The hosts of this edition of Drink&Bite will be Morten Brink Iwersen, already the host of the 2024 master classes, and chef Gorm Wisweh, who became famous for the WeareGorm restaurants.
This year, Drink&Bite will take on a truly interactive format. For each course, the audience will be invited to evaluate which of the two wines proposed by Morten best pairs with the dish. An open debate will follow with Morten, who will share his reasoning and answer guests’ questions.
A fun and interactive way to deepen your knowledge of wine. Morten will also illustrate the characteristics of each label and its connection to the territory. We will hear his experiences and tips on the ideal pairing.
Chef Gorm Wisweh will guide the guests with the story of his creations.
The evening will be enriched by the presence of the producers themselves, the true protagonists of the evening with their wines, crowning the link between Piedmontese wines and international gastronomy.

7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Drink&Bite – Discovering Piemonte Taste: dinner with a menu specially designed by Chef Gorm Wisweh paired with a selection of wines from the Producers present, guided by journalist Morten Brink Iwersen.”
