Partners last year of the third Barolo & Friends edition in Zurich, the restaurant Toscano Puls 5 will propose a Wine Dinner dedicated to its customers and all the enthusiasts of Piedmontese wines in the Swiss city. People will have the opportunity to taste the Italian cuisine paired with the wines of two producers of the consortium I Vini del Piemonte.

The evening will be hosted by Nicola Mattana, professional sommelier and director of training courses in Italian for the ASSP sommelier of Zurich. A great connoisseur of wines from Piedmont and a skilled communicator, Mattana has worked with the consortium for several years, which has recently named him “Ambassador for the Wines of Piedmont” in Switzerland.

During the dinner the producers will have the possibility of selling their wines directly on site or to receive purchase orders, in collaboration with their importers.
