The event, in its 11th edition, was organized by The Wine & Food Association, responsible in Netherlands for the restaurants guide Gault Millau (the 2nd most important in the world after Michelin Guide), and took place in January 7th, 8th and 9th at the Amsterdam RAI, important and well-known Convention and Exibition Centre of the city.

The fair public was composed by:

– Opinion leaders;
– Almost all the quality restaurateurs of Amsterdam and many other from the rest of Netherlands looking for new products for their own restaurants;
– Wine & food journalists coming from Benelux;
– HoReCa representatives;
– High level privates with invitation.
