Undisputed reference point for Danish sector professionals and wine lovers, the Barolo & Friends Event came back to Copenhagen on Friday 24^th March, 2019. This great tasting event, organized by the consortium of promotion I Vini del Piemonte, with the patronage of the Italian Embassy in Copenhagen, took place, one more time, at Børsen, a seventeenth-century palace, historic seat of the Stock Exchange, considered one of the most prestigious building of the Danish capital.

For this eleventh edition there were 37 wine producers coming from the main wine producing areas of Piedmont. They attended the event in order to personally present their labels to the Danish sector professionals and final consumers who, for years, have proved to know and deeply love Piedmont not only for their great wines but also as heir favourite holiday destination.

Beside the wine, there was also space for gourmet products, thanks to the cooperation with the restaurant Tèrra, a landmarks for the lovers of the Italian cuisine in Copenhagen. The restaurant had a dedicated space in the food area.

As usual, the event was divided into three different sessions; the first one reserved for sector professionals and the other two open to the paying public.
