The consortium of promotion I Vini del Piemonte organized the second edition of the Barolo & Friends Event in Sankt Gallen. The capital of the canton of the same name is known worldwide for its laces and fabrics as well as the Abbey compound with baroque cathedral and library, which are a Unesco World Heritage since 1983.

The event, organized in cooperation with the prestigious and influential Switzerland magazine Vinum, took place on Monday November 26^th 2018. It included a session reserved for sector operators (importers, Ho.Re.Ca, journalists, sommeliers, etc…) and one addressed to final consumers, organized as a “Walk Around Tasting”. Furthermore, three in-depth Master Classes dedicated to the wines of Piedmont were included in the program.
