It was an extraordinary occasion to try tasty pairings between the best products of the Italian gastronomy together with the wines of Piedmont, one of the most important wine producing regions of Italy and the world!
A food&wine event conceived for a young audience, who had the opportunity to taste dishes prepared for the occasion by the famous organic Italian Trattoria Ché Fè of Copenhagen, paired with the wines of some of the Piedmontese producers members of Strada del Barolo and I Vini del Piemonte!
The event took place Saturday June 9th 2018 at Mogens Dahl Koncertsal, from 18.00 to 21.00, with a 8-course buffet to pair with some twenty different wines, among which the famous Barolo, one of the finest and most intriguing wines of the world. For the entire evening a “personal sommelier” presented the different wines to taste, suggesting the most suitable matching with each course.
